Dorothy May Bert

DOROTHY MAY BERT, 80, of Cartersville, Georgia, passed away at 6:30 pm, Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at her residence.

She was born to the late August and Lyra (nee Powers) Brueggemann on August 12, 1942 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dorothy married Raymond Eugene Bert on September 14, 1963 in St. Louis, Missouri; he preceded her in death on October 2, 2007. She then married Robert Bergeron in 2018.

Dorothy was an active member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Cartersville, Georgia. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends as well as playing cards and shopping. She was also always ready for an adventure and loved traveling. She spent a lot of time volunteering and helping others in the community.
