Dorothy L. Welge

DOROTHY L. WELGE , 92, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 9:27 am, Sunday, November 3, 2024, at Addington Place of Sparta.

She was born to the late James Joy and Mary Edith (nee Collins) Sympson on December 1, 1931 in Eldorado, Illinois.

Dorothy had worked as a guard at Menard Correctional Center in Chester, Illinois for many years. Before moving to Chester, she had worked as a Realtor.

Dorothy was of the Methodist Faith. She enjoyed traveling, going dancing, and doing arts and crafts projects.
