EARL LEROY WAHL, SR. , 81 , of Ellis Grove, Illinois, passed away at 4:25 pm, Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Red Bud Regional Care Center, Red Bud, Illinois.

He was born to the late John Louis and Mary Marie (nee Zweigart) Wahl on May 28, 1940 in Evansville, Illinois.

Earl married Alma Hartmann on December 31, 1960 at St. John Lutheran Church in Bremen, Illinois; she survives.

He had worked at the International Shoe Company and Sparta Printing.

Earl was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Bremen, Illinois. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid baseball and basketball fan.
