Edward E. Forgas

EDWARD E. FORGAS , 8 1 , of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 6:46 pm, Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Memorial Hospital, Chester, Illinois.

He was born to the late Paul and Helen (nee Cory) Forgas on June 30, 1938 in Springfield, Illinois.

Edward married Linda K. Halcom on November 16, 1957 in Springfield, Illinois; she preceded him in death on March 12, 2019.

He had worked as an assistant technical director for Gilster Mary-Lee Corporation for 35 years.

Edward was a member of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Chester, Illinois. He was also a 3 ^rd Degree Knight at the Knights of Columbus #3790 in Chester. Edward was also a member of the Eagles Club Aerie #3252 and the International Food Technologists.
