Edwin F Unverferth

EDWIN F. UNVERFERTH , 85 , of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 10:12 pm, Thursday, August 26, 2021 at his residence.

He was born to the late Edwin F. and Mary (nee Schumer) Unverferth on October 31, 1935 in Perryville, Missouri.

Ed married Shirley I. Trammell on May 17, 1958 in Perryville, Missouri; she preceded him in death on June 24, 2002.

He had worked in the Accounting Department for Union Pacific Railroad for 40 years.

Ed was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Red Bud, Illinois, American Legion in Perryville, Missouri and Knights of Columbus in Perryville, Missouri. He also served as a Cub Master and Scout Master for a number of years. He was also a member of the elite group - Tennessee Squires.

He was an Air Force Veteran.
