Elinor A Baggett

ELINOR A. BAGGETT , 81 , of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 4:45 pm, Friday, March 12, 2021 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri.

She was born to the late Joseph and Helen (nee Abramowicz) Mitchell on January 5, 1940 in Kearny, New Jersey.

Elinor married Richard Baggett on October 11, 1958 in Freehold, New Jersey; he preceded her in death on January 24, 1997.

She had worked as a sales clerk at Ben Franklin, Chester Video and Wal-Mart. She had also been a cook at the Chester Nutrition Site.

Elinor was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Chester, Illinois. She enjoyed doing puzzles, reading books and in her younger years, she enjoyed bowling. She loved watching games shows and any show that had Angela Lansbury, Dick Van Dyke and Andy Griffin in them.

Elinor loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed making decorative cakes for family and friends for special occasions.
