FRANCES RENDLEMAN , 92, of Freeburg, Illinois, formerly of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 8:19 am, Monday, January 4, 202 1 at her residence.
She was born to the late Vito and Domenica (nee Cali) Riggio on January 22, 1928 in Murphysboro, Illinois.
Frances worked as a secretary at St. Clement’s Hospital in Red Bud, Illinois, Belleville Area College and retired from the Human Support Services in Waterloo, Illinois.
She was a former member of St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church in Hecker, Illinois and was presently a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Freeburg, Illinois. She was a member and past president of the Altar Sodility at St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church. She taught religion education classes for 8 years at St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church and St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Paderborn and was a member of the St. Clement’s Hospital Auxiliary.
Frances was a devoted mother and grandmother. She did a lot of canning and cooking in her younger years and enjoyed her flower gardens and crocheting and many activities.

A Private Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 202 1 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Freeburg, Illinois with Father Stanley Konieczny officiating .
A Public Graveside Service will be held at 12:15 pm, Wednesday, January 6, 202 1 at St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Cemetery, Hecker, Illinois.

Memorial contributions can be made in Frances's memory for Masses at St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church or St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and memorials are being accepted at Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud.
