Freddie Wayne Res

FREDDIE WAYNE RES, 80, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 9:56 am, Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at his residence.

He was born to the late Fred Wayne and Edna D. (nee Thompson) Res on November 25, 1944 in Rockwood, Illinois.

He was a Sergeant at Menard Correctional Center in Chester for 31 years.

Freddie was of Lutheran Faith. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and was a member of many clubs such as the American Motorcycle Association, Randolph County Riders and the Sportsmen Club. Freddie was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman.
