Gary Mark Kerperien

GARY MARK KERPERIEN , 72, of Baldwin, Illinois, passed away at 7:08 am, Thursday, February 22, 2024 at his residence.

He was born to the late George and Mary Frances (nee Stratman) Kerperien on March 1, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Gary married Kathleen Cooley on May 31, 1975 in Cahokia, Illinois; she survives.

He had worked as a machinist for Cerro Flow for 53 years before retiring.

Gary was a member of St. Agatha Catholic Church in New Athens, Illinois. He enjoyed fishing with his family, traveling and was an avid sports fan. He also enjoyed all things history. Gary was a wonderful father and loving husband.  He was the sweetest, kindest, most patient man who gave his love to everyone.
