She was born to Edward and Evelyn (nee Rigdon) Fricke, Sr. on November 12, 1965 in Chester, Illinois.

She was a homemaker.

Gina was a member of Pleasant Ridge Church in Rockwood, Illinois. She enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
