HARRY JONES , 86 , of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 3:30 pm, Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at White Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, White Hall, Illinois.

He was born to the late Russell and Connie (nee Lindsey) Jones on December 1, 1934 in Rockwood, Illinois.

Harry married Bonnie Guthman on April 19, 1958 in Rockwood, Illinois; she preceded him in death on June 11, 1999. He then married Retha Ward on March 12, 2005 in Chester, Illinois; she survives.

He had worked as a timber and lumber dealer for 55 years.

Harry was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Chester, Illinois. He was also a member of the American Legion Post #487 and was an Ainad Shriner.

He was an Army Veteran.
