Jean M. Gaertner

JEAN M. GAERTNER, 66, of Chester, Illinois, passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021 at her residence.

She was born to the late Raymond and Albertha (nee Renner) Evans on January 24, 1955 in Red Bud, Illinois.

Jean had worked as a Registered Nurse for Chester Mental Health Center for 25 years.

She was of the Catholic Faith. Jean enjoyed spoiling her dogs, Frankie and Jojo. She spent the majority of her time taking the dogs for rides to the county lake and trips to McDonald’s for plain triple cheeseburgers.

Jean loved gardening in her concrete basket and swan and having climbing pink mandevilla plants on the front porch. She always enjoyed her grandkids helping keep up with all of them.
