JEFFREY “CHOPPER” DUFRENNE, 53 , of Baldwin, Illinois, passed away at 8:52 pm, Saturday, May 18, 2019 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident east of Red Bud, Illinois.
He was born to the late David and Joyce (nee Sievers) DuFrenne on November 9, 1965 in Red Bud, Illinois
Chopper was co-owner of Dave & Joyce’s Country Kitchen in Red Bud, Illinois. He was known for his pancake artist skills and brought smiles to hundreds of kids faces.
He enjoyed taking part of the reenactment during the Rendezvous at Fort de Chartes in Prairie du Rocher, Illinois. This year he was going to be the Booshway. Chopper was an avid Harley rider and played in a pool league.
