Jo Ann Kunkel

JO ANN KUNKEL, 88, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 4:35 am, Monday, April 3, 2023 at Mercy Hospital South, St. Louis, Missouri.

She was born to the late Oliver and Ann (nee Eickhorst) Gielow on May 15, 1934 in Red Bud, Illinois.

Jo Ann married William “Bill” M. Kunkel on March 28, 1954 at St. John Lutheran Church, Red Bud, Illinois; he preceded her in death on December 10, 2014.

She had worked at 5 & 10 Ben Franklin and Western Auto.

She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Red Bud, Illinois. She loved to go camping and traveling with her husband.
