Joseph R. Haas

JOSEPH R. HAAS, 76, of Coulterville, Illinois, passed away at 4:30 am, Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Three Springs Senior Living and Rehabilitation, Chester, Illinois.

He was born to the late Raymond Joseph and Bernice Mary (nee Germann) Haas on June 11, 1947 in Belleville, Illinois

Joseph married Janice Dempsey on October 31, 1969 in Belleville, Illinois; she preceded him in death on January 25, 2017.

He had worked as a restaurant manager and also had worked as a laborer for Spartan Light Metals. When Joseph was younger he was a slow pitch softball umpire.

Hannah, Zachary, Jacob and Grace

Seth, Natalie, Madelyn and Lia

Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends

Preceded in Death by:      Parents, Wife and Infant Sister – Mary Haas

It was Joseph’s wish to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
