Joyce A. Neutzling

JOYCE A. NEUTZLING, 81, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 4:43 pm, Sunday, June 18, 2023 at Red Bud Regional Hospital, Red Bud, Illinois.

She was born to the late Bertum and Lucille (nee Bauer) Blanquart on July 27, 1941 in Springfield, Illinois.

Joyce married Lester A. Neutzling on February 6, 1962 at St. Peter’s Cathedral in Belleville, Illinois; he survives.

She was a homemaker and an artist.

Joyce was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Red Bud. She was also a member of Art Guilds and the YMCA. Her life was her artwork. For over 10 years she had art displayed for the Belleville Historical Society.
