Judy Marie Fortman

JUDY MARIE FORTMAN , 66 , of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 6:00 am, Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Illinois.

She was born to the late August and Peggy (nee Meeks) Hassebrock on December 2, 1953 in Murphysboro, Illinois.

Judy married James “Jim” Fortman on July 15, 1972 in Murphysboro, Illinois; he survives.

She had worked at T.G. Manufacturing in Perryville, Missouri.

It was Judy’s wishes to be cremated.

Memorials contributions can be made in Judy’s memory to American Cancer Society and memorials are being accepted at the Pechacek Funeral Homes in Chester.
