June M. Kempfer

JUNE M. KEMPFER, 88, of Evansville, Illinois, passed away at 1:34 pm, Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Red Bud Regional Hospital, Red Bud, Illinois.

She was born to the late Harry and Regina (nee Kiefer) Glenn on August 28, 1933 in Sparta, Illinois.

June married Albert F. “Jim” Kempfer on April 19, 1952 in Evansville, Illinois; he preceded her in death on November 28, 2019.

June worked at International Shoe Company in Evansville, Illinois and later worked at Hardee’s in Sparta, Illinois.

She was member of St. John’s United Church of Christ in Evansville, Illinois. June enjoyed going to the casino, playing bingo, going dancing and visiting with people.
