MARK ALLEN JANY, 65, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 6:16 pm, Thursday, May 23, 2024 at SIH Memorial Hospital, Carbondale Illinois.

He was born to the late Donald and Nedra (nee Casetta) Jany on July 16, 1958 in Red Bud, Illinois.

Mark was a retired supervisor from Gilster Mary-Lee Corporation.

He was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Chester. Mark was also a member of the Knights of Columbus #3790 and the Eagles Club Aerie #3252 in Chester. He enjoyed golfing and gardening.
