Mary Elizabeth Mitchell

MARY ELIZABETH MITCHELL, 69, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 2:35 pm, Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Three Springs Senior Living and Rehabilitation, Chester, Illinois.

She was born to Leo Laurence and Phillis Pijut on December 14, 1953 in Fort Monmoth, New Jersey.

Mary had worked as an LPN at Memorial Hospital in Chester for 30 years.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Chester. Mary enjoyed cross stitching, quilting, reading and bird watching.
