MARY ELLEN ZEIGER, 76, of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois, passed away at 6:36am, Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri.
She was born to the late Herbert and Elizabeth (nee Spritler) Heinen on September 28, 1942 in Red Bud, Illinois.
Mary married James P. Zeiger on June 2, 1962 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Evansville, Illinois; he preceded her in death on June 16, 2014.
She had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Oak Hills Nursing Home in Waterloo and was also a farm wife.
She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel in Renault, Illinois.
