PEARL ANN WILLIAMS, 44, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 2:23 am, Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home, Chester, Illinois.

She was born to the late George and Doris (nee Niemeyer) Downey on May 13, 1974 in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Pearl married Howard Jonathan Williams on July 2, 2011 in Oldsaybrook, Connecticut; he survives.

She had worked as a lineworker at Gilster Mary-Lee Corporation.
