Robert H. Mueller

ROBERT H. MUELLER, 100, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 9:52 pm, Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Memorial Hospital, Chester, Illinois.

He was born to the late Henry O. and Josephine (nee Bollman) Mueller on July 14, 1921 in Chester, Illinois.

Robert married Roberta M. Leonard on October 15, 1942 in Chester, Illinois; she preceded him in death on November 30, 2011.

He had worked as a supervisor at Chester Mental Health Center. He had also worked at the International Shoe Factory and was a farmer.

Robert was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Chester, Illinois. He was also a member of the V.F.W. Post #3553 in Chester, the American Legion Post # 480 in Steeleville and was on the St. John Lutheran Cemetery Committee. Robert loved to hunt.

He was a World War II Army Veteran.
