Rodney R. Rogers

RODNEY R. ROGERS, 62, of Ellis Grove, Illinois, passed away at 4:30 pm, Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at his home, where he enjoyed living life with his family for 37 years.

He was born to George and Carol (nee Dietz) Rogers, Sr on October 19, 1960 in Belleville, Illinois.

Rodney married Margaret Mezo on March 21, 1980 in Freeburg, Illinois; she survives.

Rodney was a carpenter; a jack of all trades. As his Mother and Family always said, “Rodney could do anything.” He built homes from the ground up. He also enjoyed woodworking.

A Private Graveside Service was held Friday, August 4, 2023 at Ellis Grove City Cemetery, Ellis Grove, Illinois.
