Susan Carole Mcintyre

SUSAN CAROLE McINTYRE, 73, of Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Chester, Illinois, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2023 at University Medical Center, Las Vegas, Nevada.

She was born to the late Hugo and Wanda (nee McCarty) Suhre on June 3, 1950 in Chester, Illinois.

Susan married James McIntyre; he preceded her in death.

She had worked at Spartan Printing and after moving to Las Vegas had worked for Emmanuel Palace Hotel and Casino and then had worked for 20 years for MGM Grand Hotel.

Susan was a supporter of the arts and enjoyed Broadway shows and musicals at the Smith Center. She was also a lover of all animals especially cats and loved to play her piano.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, December 15, 2023 at Ellis Grove City Cemetery with Pastor Jeremy Volkmar officiating.

In Lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Susan’s memory to the Randolph County Humane Society.
