Tammy J Milligan

TAMMY J. MILLIGAN, 63, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 2:35 am, Friday, June 6, 2025 at her residence.

She was born to the late Clifford and Betty (nee Murray) Wingerter on July 24, 1961 in Chester, Illinois.

Tammy married Clinton Milligan on September 15, 1984; he preceded her in death on April 29, 2016.

She had worked at Chester Walmart in the jewelry department for several years before retiring as the personnel manager.

Tammy was of Lutheran Faith. She enjoyed reading and loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

   6 Grandchildren: 

        Lyndsey (William), Seth, Aleena (Anthony), Macy, Kinlee and Kelce

   1 Great Grandson: 

        Stiles

Preceded in Death by: Parents, Husband, 1 Brother – Mike Wingerter and 1 Brother-in-law – Mike Grah

It was Tammy’s wish to be cremated. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made in Tammy’s honor to the family and are being accepted at Pechacek Funeral Home in Chester.
