Victor "Vic" W. Rowold

VICTOR “VIC” W. ROWOLD, 96, of Evansville, Illinois, passed away at 5:54 pm, Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home, Chester, Illinois.

He was born to the late Albert and Christine (nee Brase) Rowold on January 4, 1925 in Nashville, Illinois.

Vic married Mildred Kruse on June 4, 1949 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Evansville, Illinois; she survives.

Vic had worked at the International Shoe Factory in Evansville, Illinois and retired from Spartan Printing and had worked as an insurance agent with Ackerman Agency in Red Bud, Illinois.

He was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Evansville, Illinois. He held various offices and was very active in the church. He was also an active gardener and loved to travel.
