Warren J Koehler

WARREN J. KOEHLER, 90, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, formerly of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 6:38 pm, Friday, October 21, 2022 at St. Francis Medical Center, Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

He was born to the late Charles and Beulah Leona (nee Richards) Koehler on October 4, 1932 in Caseyville, Illinois.

He married Darla J. Rees on September 3, 1954 in Chester, Illinois; she preceded him in death on November 3, 2016.

Warren had worked at Chester Mental Health, Chester, Illinois for almost 15 years.

Warren enjoyed watching westerns, especially John Wayne movies. He loved spending time with family and friends. Warren spent many hours looking at the river. He loved all animals. He was a supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

He was a Korean War Army Veteran.
