JOSEPH PATRICK SCHLOTMANN, 80, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 4:33 pm, Monday, August 21, 2017 at his residence.

He was born to the late Clemens and Helen M. (nee Kern) Schlotmann, Sr. on March 18, 1937 in Red Bud, Illinois.

He married Pamela Ross on December 18, 1990; she survives.

He had worked as a Truck Driver for Ee-Jay Transport in East St. Louis, Illinois for 35 years.

He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Red Bud, Illinois. He was also a member of the V.F.W, American Legion and Randolph County Farm Bureau. He was an Army Veteran.
