MARION D. "TUDIE" FRAZER, 84, of Perryville, MO, formerly of Percy, Illinois, passed away at 4:40 am on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Independence Care Center in Perryville, MO. She was born to the late William Clarence and Emma Eliza Ellen (nee: McKenzie) Vickers on December 2, 1929 in Chester, IL. She was the oldest of 15 children. She married David Frazer on December 27, 1952 in Piggott, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on October 10, 1997. Marion was a retired line worker for Gilster Mary Lee Corp. She was of the Protestant Faith. She was also a life member of the Randolph County Genealogical Society, a life member of the American Legion Post #487 Auxiliary and a life member of the VFW Post #3553 Auxiliary.
