FAY G. LAURENT, 95, of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois, passed away at 11:26 am, Friday, July 5, 2019 at Red Bud Regional Care, Red Bud, Illinois

She was born to the late Joseph and Helen (nee Ross) Berry on July 30, 1923 in Roots, Illinois.

Fay married Wilbur Laurent on July 20, 1946; he preceded her in death on November 8, 1985.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting, cooking, canning and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Prairie du Rocher, Illinois.

9 Great Grandchildren: Andrew, Daniel & Lauren Wagganer; Brandon & Sean Laurent; Mackenzie & Madison Laurent, and Owen & Lydia Laurent

Preceded in death by: Parents, Husband, 1 Son – Johnny Laurent, 4 Brothers – Frederick Berry, Edward Berry, Walter Berry & Dean Berry and 3 Sisters – Helen Colbert, Veronica Wallach and Audrey Yard

It was Fay’s wishes to donate her body to Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
